If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help! You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 

Please send us a photo of the unopened item to confirm its condition. A 15% processing fee applies, and shipping costs are non-refundable. For C-PAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines and pillows, returns are not accepted once opened, and masks must be sealed and unused for a return.
