My credit card declined, what do I do?Updated 5 months ago
If your credit card is declined, don’t worry—this can happen for a variety of reasons. Start by double-checking the card details you entered, including the card number, expiration date, security code (CVV), and billing address. Even a small typo can cause a decline. Your billing address must match your credit cards address!
If the details are correct, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to check for any issues, such as insufficient funds, spending limits, or a security block.
Still having trouble? You can try using another card or payment method. If you need further help, reach out to our team, and we’ll be happy to assist!
