If I buy a medical device from your shop, where will it be serviced?Updated 7 months ago

All servicing of medical devices purchased from our shop is conducted through the manufacturer's authorized service centers. While most of the service facilities are located in Ontario, there are others spread across different provinces, as well as some in the USA.

For any servicing inquiries, please reach out to us with your order number, the serial number of your unit, and a description of the issues you are having with your device.
