How can I return an opened or unopened CPAP hose and what are the conditions?Updated 7 months ago

All unopened and unused medical devices, such as CPAP hoses, can be returned to our warehouse for a refund. Please contact our customer support team with your order number and a photo of the unopened item. We will then provide you with an RA number and return instructions to send this back to us. Once it has arrived and we verify the item's condition, we will process the refund. 

Unfortunately, opened CPAP equipment cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.
