What is the returns policy for purchased items?Updated 33 minutes ago

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Refunds or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To begin your return or exchange:

  1. Email [email protected] with the details of your request and include a photo of the unopened item to confirm its condition.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA#). Please write this number clearly on the outside of your package.

  3. Drop the package off at your local post office and ship it to:

    Please ensure your shipment includes tracking. After sending, email the tracking number to [email protected] so our team can monitor your return.

Important Notes:

  • A 15% processing fee applies (ClubEh members are exempt).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines, Oxygen Concentrators, as well as pillows, cannot be returned once opened.

  • Masks must be sealed and unused to qualify for return.
